Eco Friendly Families...

Mild-mannered Sauce

2 medium tomatoes given in food processor
2 medium tomatoes chopped by hand into thick cubes
¼ cup diced red onion
¼ cup chopped cilantro
½ green pepper, chopped
½ yellow pepper, chopped
Juice of one lemon
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients, then refrigerate at least four hours.
Shake before serving. It makes about 3 cups sauce.
Serve with raw vegetables and blue corn chips.
